Founded by mother and daughter duo Katherine Parasyn and Alyce Carpin, FP Lawyers draws on more than three decades of legal experience when servicing clients. Alyce has a passion for family mediation Brisbane wide and draws upon her understanding of Family Law, Elder Law and Wills and Estate Planning to produce the best outcome for her clients.
Her mother, Katherine, references over 20 years of experience as a tax lawyer Brisbane wide and specialises in Commercial and Taxation Law thus making her highly skilled individual to have on your side. Together, our team members each bring extensive expertise to the firm so we can offer industry-leading services that make a difference to our community.
Our history.
Formerly operating as Hatzis Parasyn Lawyers, in 2019 FP Lawyers reformed under a new banner that incorporates the former firms of Samuel Leonard, Butts & Barkley, Hatzis Lawyers, Hatzis Parasyn Lawyers and Conveyance Co. In conjunction with our partner accounting firm, Francis Parasyn Accountants, the transition to FP Lawyers allows our team to bring decades of practical experience to the work we perform.
